About Liz

Liz DolmanQualified in 1994 as a YMCA Exercise to Music Instructor and taught at the Kelsey Kerridge Sports Hall as a freelance instructor (up until 2009) and set up community classes in Milton & Waterbeach teaching aerobics, body conditioning and Reebok Step.

In 2004 was asked by a neighbour if I would be interested in setting up a Pilates class in Haddenham, hence the course with the Pilates Institute, London.

Continued my education with them and attended their intermediate course.  As there are a different types of pilates being taught, decided that I needed to get a different view of how pilates should be taught and started my training with Future Fit to become a NVQ Level 3 Pilates Instructor.

This course included the following modules:

  • Pilates Improver
  • Pilates Advanced

At the same time passed the Diet & Weight Management module with a distinction.

During that time attended completed a one day Stability Ball Training Course with Kathryn Cullen which inspired me to set up a ball classes in Milton and Haddenham which have proved to be extremely popular.

Throughout my fitness life always look at ways to improve and keep knowledge up to date by attending workshops and conferences.

In June 2010 qualified with Future Fit as a Pilates NVQ level 3 Instructor.
