These classes are a mixture of mat and ball on alternate weeks. Check the website and click on Class Timetables for when it is a mat or ball class (See Timetable page).
Monday Evenings (Meeting Room)
6pm – Mixed Ability
7pm – Intermediate
8pm – Advanced
Wednesday Evenings (Large Hall) (from 28th July 2010)
6 pm – Beginners Pilates Mat Class
7 pm – Pilates Mat Mixed Ability
8pm – Step and Circuit Class including body toning
